By accessing or using ApexCFO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ApexCFO is operated by ApexCFO, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us").
ApexCFO provides financial analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools for businesses. The Service includes dashboards for SaaS metrics, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and integrations with third-party accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. You agree not to share account access or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
When you connect third-party accounting services (such as QuickBooks Online), you authorize ApexCFO to access and process your financial data solely to provide the Service. You retain ownership of all your financial data. ApexCFO does not sell your financial data to third parties.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by ApexCFO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. You retain all rights to data you upload or connect to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ApexCFO does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Financial outputs are for informational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexCFO's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it may be deleted. You may request data export before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
